At Kadam Organics, we are focused on building long-term partnerships with the farmers of 4 certified organic farmer groups associated with ICS. Working closely with them to ensure continuous product sourcing and consistent quality through sustainable and Ethical agricultural practices. We adopt a value-added crop cultivation approach for processing medicinal herbs such as turmeric, ginger,Lemongrass,Stevia,Chamomile,Bacopa, Ashwagandha Roots,Moringa leaves, Shatavari roots, Hibiscus sabdariffa, Rama, shyama and Vana tulsi leaves,Chicory roots,Mucuna Seeds.

We believe education is the foundation of sustainable development; hence, Kadam Organics actively collaborates with educational institutions. Promoting awareness about natural farming through educational sessions and farm visits, thus providing them with financial assistance. Preserving Nature & Biodiversity
At Kadam Organics, we aim to conserve the endangered medicinal plant species that reduce dependency on wild harvesting. These species are Safed Musli, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Kalmegh, Shikakai, Moringa, Arjuna,Soapnut and Bel fruit Tree. By actively promoting this plantation, our responsibility is to promote chemical-free organic agriculture to preserve natural ecosystems through soil regeneration.

Infrastructure That Stands Strong
Kadam Organics operates an advanced processing facility with a capacity of 400–500 kg per hour, capable of producing high-quality organic medicinal herbs in powder and Tea Bag Cut (TBC) forms using SS 304 food-grade stainless steel machinery. The plant produces Tea Bag Cut (TBC) in sizes ranging from 0.50 mm to 6 mm, suitable for herbal tea blends, and powder mesh sizes as per buyer requirements.
The facility is equipped with an integrated cleaning system including magnetic separators to prevent metal contamination, along with manual inspection and SS food-grade vibro sifters to ensure proper cleaning, uniform sieving, consistent product quality, and compliance with quality and food safety standards.

Purpose-Driven Processing
From certified sourcing to final packaging, Kadam Organics ensures quality, transparency, and intention to deliver only the best. The steps include quality testing at source, where every batch is lab-tested in an NABL-accredited laboratory. For responsible procurement, primary cleaning and processing take place using food-grade equipment for hygiene and removal of impurities. The QC team then takes over custom processing, packaging, and dispatch activities to ensure complete traceability.
